Alessi — BONES ABGMP-2217 | Giulio Iacchetti trilaminated casserole

There is something organic in the way BONES presents itself on the cooktop. The two-handled casserole designed by Giulio Iacchetti brings a quiet, rigorous presence to the kitchen: satin-finished surfaces that capture light without flaunting it, balanced proportions between the broad diameter - twenty-eight centimeters - and the low height of the rim, almost an invitation to cook with slow, mindful movements. The three-layer construction - steel, aluminum, steel - is a technical choice that becomes an ethic of design: even heat distribution, no hot spots, and heat conduction that respects the pace of the ingredients. Giulio Iacchetti is one of the most thoughtful Italian designers of his generation, capable of finding the roots of essential design in everyday gestures. With BONES - whose name evokes structure, essentiality, and a supporting skeleton - he creates an object that neither hides nor showboats: it exists to do well what it is meant to do. The magnetic steel base ensures compatibility with induction cooktops, without this concession to contemporary living altering the purity of the form in the slightest. At Stilmobili, we chose BONES because it embodies a rare category: a kitchen product that could also stand on a display shelf without betraying its intended use. It is designed for those who do not separate aesthetics from function, for those who see the kitchen as a coherent extension of their home style. A casserole for discerning cooks and for anyone who simply loves things made with intention. Project notes: three-layer steel-aluminum-steel construction, satin finish, 28 cm diameter, 9.2-liter capacity, induction compatible. Limited-edition product, currently being discontinued.
