Alessi — Bombo Lina | Porcelain Gift Box

Bombo Lina "Massimo Giacon" - A Swan That Tells the Story of Love

Two figures locked in a kiss, resting on the feathers of a white swan: Massimo Giacon translates one of the oldest and most tender symbols of faithful love into porcelain. The swan, which chooses one mate for life, becomes the ideal container for sugared almonds - a gift that carries a precise meaning, not merely a graceful form.

Why we chose it for you

Alessi was founded in 1921 on Lake Orta as a research workshop in the applied arts, and for over a century it has collaborated with some of the most significant names in Italian and international design. Massimo Giacon - illustrator, comic artist, and designer - brings his ability to create visual narratives rich in symbolism to this wedding favor. The choice not to depict the couple in wedding attire is deliberate: the wedding favor thus lends itself to every celebration of lasting love, from a wedding to the most intimate anniversary.
