Alessi — Barkroll BM04 | Kitchen roll holder in stainless steel

There is something radically honest about the way Barkroll presents itself: a polished, compact cylinder of 18/10 stainless steel that does not attempt to hide its functional nature, but transforms it into an aesthetic statement. The kitchen paper towel roll - humble by definition - finds here an architecture worthy of it, a form that contains it with quiet authority. The 15.5-centimeter diameter and 24-centimeter height create a considered, almost sculptural proportion, capable of engaging with any countertop without ever compromising. Barkroll bears the signature of the creative duo Boucquillon & Maaoui, designers whose work has moved fluidly between industrial design and poetic reflection on everyday objects. Their approach is evident in this piece: no superfluous ornament, no forced irony - only the essential geometry belonging to the great tradition of Italian design, interpreted with an international perspective. In this sense, the Alessi collection is the natural context for an object that aspires to be invisible yet present. We chose it for Stilmobili because it perfectly embodies that category of objects that make a difference in a carefully designed kitchen: not the showpiece, but the one you use every day and look at without tiring of it. It is ideal for those who furnish with consistency, who do not accept the cooking area being treated as second-rate compared with the living area, and who recognize the measure of good taste in the details. Project notes: 18/10 stainless steel, diameter 15.5 cm, height 24 cm. Alessi permanent collection, spring/summer program. Net weight 1.145 kg.
