Alessi — Bark BM22 B | Black steel napkin holder

There is something both organic and rigorous about Bark's silhouette: a black colored-steel napkin holder that seems to have found its shape through natural necessity, like bark wrapping around the trunk of a tree. Its compact dimensions - seven and a half centimeters wide and twelve centimeters high - make it a discreet presence on the table, yet impossible to ignore. The matte black absorbs the room's light and gives the napkin, whether white or colored, all the stage presence it deserves. Bark was created through a collaboration between Simon Boucquillon and Chafik Maaoui, a creative duo who bring two sensibilities to the project: that of precise, functional French industrial design, and that of a more instinctive, almost sculptural formal exploration. The piece is part of the Alessi Palinsesto spring/summer collection, conceived to renew the table with objects that have the character of small aesthetic statements, rather than mere utilities. At Stilmobili, we chose Bark because it represents exactly what we look for in table accessories: objects that inhabit a space with personality, that do not merely perform a function but interpret it. It is ideal for those who set a contemporary table and want every element - even the quietest - to contribute to a coherent story of style. Perfect both in a minimalist apartment and in a more eclectic setting, where black becomes a point of visual balance. Project notes: colored steel, black finish. Dimensions: 7.5 × 3 × 12 cm. Weight: 180 g. EAN code: 8003299498161.
