An object that makes everyone who sees it smile and that, when placed on the table, becomes the quiet protagonist of every gathering.

Why we chose it for you

Girotondo is one of the most recognizable designs in Alessi's history - the Italian applied arts workshop founded in 1921 on Lake Orta, which has always been able to transform everyday objects into pieces of material culture. This tray was created by Stefano Giovannoni and Guido Venturini, the creative duo known as King-Kong, who chose a deliberately minimalist form to focus entirely on the decoration: the perforated rim with its little figure silhouettes has become an icon of contemporary design over time, recognizable at every latitude.

Features

Material: 18/10 stainless steel

Dimensions: diameter 40 cm

Designer: Stefano Giovannoni and Guido Venturini (King-Kong) for Alessi

Available finishes: silver, polished silver, black, orange

Production: Alessi, Italy - excellence in metalworking since 1921

Ideal for

A gift that needs no introduction: Girotondo is recognizable even to those who do not collect design, which is why it works perfectly as a present for housewarmings, weddings, or milestone birthdays. At home, it naturally belongs on the dining table during meals with guests, or as a decorative centerpiece in the colored versions.
