Alessi — AJM110/28 | Pots&Pans frying pan by Jasper Morrison

There is an almost moral purity in the way this frying pan occupies space. Polished 18/10 stainless steel reflects the kitchen light with the same composure with which a well-designed object knows how to exist in the world: without excess, without rhetoric. The long handle sits naturally in the hand, the rim is precise, and the inner surface invites the cook's gestures. Twenty-eight centimeters in diameter, nine hundred milliliters in capacity: proportions designed to be never too much or too little. Jasper Morrison - one of the most influential British designers of his generation, a leading voice in the movement he himself helped define as "Super Normal" - signs this frying pan for the *A di Alessi* collection, an editorial project bringing together the most essential and necessary objects for the contemporary home. Here, Morrison brings the same philosophy that has run through his entire body of work: the conviction that the right form is not the one that astonishes, but the one that is not forgotten. The magnetic steel base ensures compatibility with all cooktops, including induction, without compromising the piece's aesthetic identity. At Stilmobili, we chose *Pots&Pans* because it represents our idea of design applied to everyday life with rare consistency: not an object to display, but one to use every day with the awareness of someone who knows how to recognize quality. It is the ideal tool for those who furnish their kitchen with the same care they devote to the living room, and for those who consider cooking a cultural act as much as a nutritional one.
