Alessi Acacia - Honey in Sculptural Form
There is something ritualistic about serving honey: the slow gesture, the amber thread that stretches, the sweetness that settles. Acacia transforms this everyday moment into a small act of beauty, thanks to a form that captures and releases honey with precision, whatever its consistency.
Why we chose it for you
Acacia was created through designer Miriam Mirri's research into the world of honey - not as a stylistic exercise, but as a functional study applied to aesthetics. The result is an object that combines a spoon with a faceted ball inspired by the structure of a honeycomb, capable of collecting and serving every type of honey on the market. It is part of Alessi's Objects-Bijoux collection, the line where the boundary between utensil and table jewelry becomes subtle. This approach is consistent with the philosophy of the brand founded in 1921 in Omegna, on Lake Orta: transforming industrial production into research applied to the arts.
